She took care of so many details and made the process as smooth as one could hope for. She also helped us find our current home, an 8-month process during which she remained remarkably patient with our choosiness (we were in no rush to move and were looking for our dream house). She quickly got to know what we were looking for and never wasted our time showing us homes that weren't appropriate. My family was downsizing from a home we lived in for 30-plus years; not only was that a daunting experience but buying a new home was equally the same.
