She took care of so many details and made the process as smooth as one could hope for. She also helped us find our current home, an 8-month process during which she remained remarkably patient with our choosiness (we were in no rush to move and were looking for our dream house). She quickly got to know what we were looking for and never wasted our time showing us homes that weren't appropriate. Most importantly she listens and understood my situation. After she came up with a full analytic, marketing plan, and strategy to sell my house. Deb aggressively marketed the first open house, and her efforts paid off. The home received excellent attention at the open house and resulted in several prospects. My family was downsizing from a home we lived in for 30-plus years; not only was that a daunting experience but buying a new home was equally the same.
