To say Deb and her team went above and beyond, simply isn't giving them enough credit. They were exceptional! Our sale wasn't that simple as we had tenants in the home, with no interest of leaving early. She built a relationship with them, earned their trust and eventually aligned with them on a plan that allowed us to show the home. After the first showing, they generated 5 offers, all over asking, many of which provided the option for the current tenants to remain in the home.
